Digital activism is of course part and parcel of today’s political revolutions.
It is taken for granted that the opinions of Men are influenced and prompted, shaped and led, by pixels more than blood.
Yet this is a grave misunderstanding of the path the world takes, and the challenges that loom for men who would do more than simply die in place.
Digital activism cannot replace men with truncheons, kicking open doors in the night, and murdering those who oppose them.
Most do not understand this, for it requires a collision between worldview and reality sufficient to fatally crack both sophisty and idiocy.
Men have been conditioned to be civilized, generous, altruistic, and weak.
They will do anything they can to avoid this experience, including condemning everything they love and value to death.
It is normal for them to seek comfort, safety, predictabliity, and the stability of what they have known and believed and trusted in the past.
But reality does not care, nor do men who do their work in the analog world of fealty, cruelty, and majesty.
If you attach to how things were, you will fail.
Your community, country, culture, and civilization will collapse.
Is this not instantly evident to you, this very day, that the process of overthrow and restructure of the world takes place?
Yet despite this objectively observable truth, men hold to the past, with trembling fear and anxiety, and do nothing which would advance the changes that must take place if everything they love is not to be washed away in a great, red tide of murder.
Understand this well, and do not fall into the sophistry of weak acquiescence to your own murder.
Attachments to the past are fatal.
There is no return to the past.
You will win or die.
While you spend time discussing civic nationalism, the great principles of American social discourse and cultural structure, it is physically destroyed before you.
As you invest in ideals of voting and organization, hope and trust in leaders who will somehow extract impossible victory against predictable odds, you are lined up for killing.
Attachments to institutions and history, to old forms of things and the lustre of past glory and honest governance, brings you nothing but death.
Do you believe that goodwill amongst men, and the virtues of honor and justice, are held as valuable to those who succeed in your destruction?
I tell you today that these things are indeed valuable to the Adversary, for they are self-imposed guardrails that guide you directly into the killing pits that come.
How delightful your antagonists find your innocence!
How wonderful your self-acquescence to murder!
Men today believe that things can be restored, and refuse to understand what is happening.
That is also normal, for most men do not care.
Give them entertainment, and simply lie to them, and they will obey.
Deliver them bread, and self-righteous praise, and they will calmly go extinct.
Today those who see this clearly, begin to detach from the bonds that will drag them to this place,
And cease to care if you are immolated along with the rest.
What else are they to do?
One cannot save every stray cat, of course.
The vast masses of people are simply too dull, too dead to reality, and would rather believe in illusion than face the horror of the dark.
And thus the fate that comes for them is both inexorable and unwanted.
They have lost their freedom, their wealth, their future, and their nations.
They will not have them again, because those who win today intend never to permit such possession.
And this malevolent process is accorded with.
How sad, and how typical of the majority of human beings.
Alexander Solzhenitysn made a point in his seminal Gulag Archipelago on this very matter:
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
This quote is used enough to raise disgust in those who hear it.
For the truth is simply that none are brave enough to do more than pale with terror, to freeze in place, to allow the tyrant to destroy them.
“Ivan, we would probably be killed.”
Yes, you will indeed be killed if you resist the State, and the lives of your survivors destroyed with malignant hatred and cruelty beyond your imagination.
“Ivan, but actual revolution would break the Republic.”
If you cannot see that the Great Experiment has collapsed into profound and irrecoverable throes of death, you are a fool.
“Ivan, life is beautiful, and I don’t want to risk it.”
I will bring you to the words of General John Stark from the American Revolution, when writing to a gathering of officers who had fought with him at the Battle of Bennington.
Everyone knows the first line from his missive:
“Live free or die.”
Everyone ignores with cowardly embarrassment the second half of the quotation:
“Death is not the worst of evils.”
If you do not understand this, you will live as a slave.
If you do not uphold this, you will deserve nothing else.
Slavery is a choice, and there are no two ways about it.
Think about this today, and whether you love life too much.
And the cost you will pay for your misunderstanding.
Get up and walk.
Much love, honor, and respect,
